Robert Half are delighted to be supporting a global business in Corsham on the recruitment of a Sales Administrator to join their Customer Services team. This is a newly created role within the business, due to growth and increased workload.

The team you'd be joining are a tenured and friendly team, who are all very passionate about what they do. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who is computer literate and with a good attention to detail.

This role is a full-time position, and office based with free parking available. The working hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator include but are not limited to:

• Managing the whole customer service lifecycle, communicating with customers via email and telephone.
• Working closely with a sales team to provide updates on orders, manage lead times and keep stock levels accurate.
• Entering data, setting up accounts and keeping information accurate on an ERP system.
• Support with the dispatch, invoicing, repairs, returns and credit processes.

Your Profile:

• Exceptional communication and relationship building skills.
• Proficient in using computers, systems, and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, or in import/export is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of the French language is also desirable but not essential.

In return, the salary offered is between £23-25k plus 25 days holiday (plus your birthday & bank holidays), private medial care, a generous pension scheme and a bonus scheme.
