Job description
To be responsible for a caseload of patients working to agreed treatment objectives and to assist qualified staff in carrying out individual and group treatment To provide therapy interventions as part of a multidisciplinary team to patient within an agreed scope of Successful completion of core competencies assessed by qualified To be responsible for handing over patient progress and any areas of concern following intervention to the relevant member of ward staff, or care home staff.
