Business Development Manager Up to £45,000 per annum Full time – Monday to Thursday Permanent opportunity in Wrexham Additional benefits:

The Role Business Development Manager required to join a manufacturing company in Wrexham managing a team of 2 employees. This is an office based role reporting to the Operations Director. There will be some occasional travel (a couple of times a year). Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:

• Research and approach new and existing customers, taking on enquires and providing quotes, working with other operational departments.
• Drive activities to actively support and manage sales process working closely with sales team and other operational departments reviewing costings/pricings, quality of products and scheduling.
• Attend networking opportunities including conferences and industry events and workshops, travelling to Lemgo, Germany.
• Support new product development and launch through robust sales and marketing processes working with supporting departments .
• Prepare and report monthly sales activities to Operations Director.
• Support, develop and manage sales team encouraging positivity.
