Our Love Success Client is looking for a fantastic Administrator to join their HR Team to support them with an HR Admin digital e-filing project.
Their office is located 30 minutes from Waterloo Station and local to Surbiton, Wimbledon, Cheam, New Malden, Chessington, Clapham and SW London.

£13.00 per hour plus holiday pay depending on your experience
12 weeks temporary role paid by Love Success
Starting ASAP
Working with a Team of 5 on this project
40 hours per week

>> FAB OFFICES WITH SUBSIDISED RESTAURANT, TABLE TENNIS, BASKETBALL, FREE PARKING, ONSITE BAR
>> MUST HAVE GOOD EXCEL - THERE WILL BE A TEST THAT WILL BE EMAILED

Duties:

• The role will involve generating documents for an online platform
• Using Excel to move files around their online system
• Using Excel to convert data from scanned digital files into useable data
• Using Excel to format data

Skills:

• Great attention to detail as the role can be repetitive and there is lots of formatting.
• Administration skills are a must
• A good working knowledge of Excel
• Must have IT literacy and be comfortable with using computer systems
• Experience in HR or Compliance is desired but not required
