Regional Sales Manager
Our client is a designer, developer, and manufacturer of market-leading technical orthopaedic medical devices. Due to their significant and sustained growth, they are now looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their team ideally based near the M62 covering Yorkshire, Lancashire, North England and Scotland, East Midlands and East Midlands.
This role will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, clinical support and sales associates to ensure a creative way of introducing and reintroduction of the company portfolio to new and previous customers in the UK. To be successful in this position you should have strongly pronounced orthopaedic and man-management expertise to empower your team to gain the trust of the customers in order to improve the overall financial output of the region.
Key responsibilities include:
Responsible for sales and profit targets on product portfolio; completing monthly forecasting/investment meetings and quarterly business reviews.
Developing, coaching and managing a regional sales team.
Responsible for knowledge of all local contracts and tenders.
Develop a strong network of key stakeholders including KOLs.
In order to be considered for this position candidates must closely match the following reference profile:
Previous experience in the orthopaedics field
Man management experience with the ability to manage, coach and influence team members
Proven ability to manage and leverage high-level stakeholder relationships
Excellent communication and presentation skills will be vital to success in the position
