Corporate Solicitor
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £62,500 - £100,000 + Bonus
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

About the role: The reputation and outreach of this particular firm means that you will have the opportunity for cross border work and international transactions across a wide range of industry sectors as well as fantastic client exposure.
You will be responsible for a variety of work in a varied role including:
- M&A's
- Private Equity and Equity capital markets
- Providing support to Partners across UK offices
- Developing client relationships
- Business development/networking
- Managing and supervising work of others within the team including trainees and solicitor apprentices.

About you: - 2-10 years post qualification experience within a corporate environment
- Excellent attention to detail and drafting skills
- Sound judgment and good interpersonal/business advisory skills
