Are you an experienced Business Development Manager and are looking to join a dynamic team, for an organisation who is a key and established player in the rail industry? Then this could be the role for you! Our client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and foster strategic partnerships within the rail sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the rail industry and play a key role in growing the organisation internationally.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and 3rd party vendors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of business development strategies.
Create and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and relationship-building.
Looking for someone who:
Has a proven experience in business development role within the rail industry (this is essential!)
Can provide in-depth knowledge of the rail sector, including regulatory requirements and industry trends.
Has strong networking and interpersonal skills.
Is highly passionate and can provide excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Is results-driven with a focus on exceeding targets.
