Job Description
Key responsibilities of the Brand Manager:
- Develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms (social media, email, website, etc.) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling and consistent brand messaging and visuals across all digital touchpoints.
- Utilise data analytics tools to collect, analyse, and interpret data related to campaign performance, user behaviour, and market trends.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track them regularly to measure the success of digital campaigns; adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Generate regular reports detailing campaign performance, ROI, and areas for improvement, and present these findings to internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Manage and optimise the brand's online presence, including the website, social media profiles, and other relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with external agencies, designers, and content creators to develop engaging digital content that resonates with the target audience.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal Brand Manager:
- Experience in digital marketing, with a focus on brand management and data analysis.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing digital marketing campaigns that drive brand growth and engagement.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) and the ability to derive meaningful insights from data.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Exceptional creative and strategic thinking abilities, coupled with strong project management skills.
- This is an office based role (some flexibility around hybrid working), based just outside of Leeds.
