Up to £35,000 + 10% Bonus + Benefits

As a result of impressive sustained commercial growth across both UK and international markets, a proactive Customer Services Team Leader with strong European language skills and experience of working within the logistics industry, is required to join a leading, fast-growing supplier of textile accessory brands to the business-to business personalisation industry.

As the home of four leading textile brands, each with their own unique identity and philosophy, our client has established themselves as the go-to brand for quality, innovative products in the rebrandable accessories market.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Fulfilment Manager and the Fulfilment team members as well as other adjacent teams who collectively have accountability for creating a great service to our customer. You will support the rest of the team in the delivery of their duties, deputise for the team manager in their absence, and take on developmental projects to improve procedures and processes within the department.
