Regional Quality Lead (Midlands)
Location: Remote role with regular travel across the Midlands
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £47,000 - £53,000 per annum

Tide Partnership is thrilled to be collaborating with an outstanding healthcare provider in their search for a Regional Quality Lead. The Role:
As the Regional Quality Lead, you will play a pivotal role in:
- Driving internal inspections to ensure compliance with internal and CQC standards.
- Designing and delivering training programs to enhance staff competency and uphold high care standards.
- Developing and updating policies, leading process mapping, and driving improvement initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate records of inspections, audits, and compliance activities.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks, overseeing incident reporting, and management.
- Collaborating with teams to foster a culture of quality and improvement.

Job Criteria - Essential:
- Experience in the domiciliary care sector.
- Strong understanding of domiciliary care regulations, especially CQC standards.
- Proven track record in quality improvement and managing multiple branches.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Job Criteria - Desirable:
- Previous experience in a Quality Manager or similar role.
- Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies.
Travel:
Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate must be able to:
- Travel regularly across the Midlands.
- Hold a valid driving license and have access to own vehicle.
