Have you got experience in supporting the manufacturing process with quality issues, carrying out root-cause analysis as well as being confident dealing with customers? Quality Engineer Permanent Monday – Thursday 6.30am – 3.15pm Friday 6.30am – 2pm Hinckley Quality Engineer Main Duties - Support the manufacturing process with quality issues.
- Maintaining quality standards, procedures, and specifications for the Company.
- Taking part in all external & internal Audits
- Developing quality standards through APQP/PPAP on new projects before launch.
- Collaborating with external vendors and suppliers to ensure that they meet quality standards.
Quality Engineer Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications - Experience in quality within a manufacturing environment (Automotive or Aerospace preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of Partners, senior managers, and subject matter experts
- Strong analytical, project and product management skills
- Strong understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements
