Job description
Coast 2 Coast Care are a family run business that supplies temporary and permanent staffing solutions to the healthcare sector.
We are looking for an ambitious and hardworking member of staff to join the Worcester office team as a recruitment consultant. This role would suit someone with previous recruitment experience or someone who has experience of working in a fast-paced sales environment.
Role of the recruitment consultant
- Placing job adverts on job boards
- Interviewing candidates and completing compliance duties
- Building relationships with both candidates and clients
- Client development, including telephone calls and face to face meetings
- Communicating with Clients to understand their recruitment needs
Essential Skills of a Recruitment Consultant
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Previous Recruitment or Business development skills preferred
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
