Data Engineer

Data Engineer (AZURE) is urgently required to join our client in Watford. You will be involved in a large digital transformation from an SQL database to Azure. They have a deadline of next April to meet, and they feel the best course of action is to bring in an experienced contractor on board to help them achieve this goal.

We are seeking a seasoned Data Engineer who can provide an architectural mindset to join the talented team ASAP. This is a 6-month contract with the chance of extension.

It’s offering a day rate of £400 – £420 depending on experience and what you can bring to the project.

Skills & Experience:

** Azure Data Factory, Data Lakes, Databricks, Synapse

** Microsoft ETL tools with near real-time workloads (SSIS or DTS)

** Apache Spark

** Microsoft Reporting tools (Power BI and SSRS)
