A little more about the role 

As a key team player, you will:

Support the customer fulfilment function by administering all warehouse and distribution activities

Be the voice of the brand, liaising with customers to arrange deliveries and supporting with queries

Deal with customer service issues promptly and sympathetically

Manage all supplier deliveries and returns

Accurately process balance payments

Act on any delivery incident reports

Comply with all health and safety and GDPR procedures
