Join a team of Mighty Machinists at the UK’s leading Additive Manufacturer (3D printing)
37.5 hours per week | Mon – Fri | 8:30am to 4:30pm | Newbury, Berkshire
You will be responsible for operating our state-of-the-art CNC machines, with your role mostly consisting of CNC Turning (70%) and CNC Milling (30%). You will be producing high end metal components to tight tolerances mainly within the Aerospace, Defence and Automotive industries.

Your role as a CNC Turner:
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Prepare and set up CNC lathes/turning centres for production
• Select and install tooling, holding devices and fixtures
• Monitor machining processes to ensure quality and make adjustments as necessary
• You will also set and operate 3, 4 & 5 axis CNC milling machines
• Operate CNC machines with Fanuc and Heidenhain controls
You will need to have:
• Experience with CNC machines either turning, milling or both!
• A good knowledge of metal working techniques and machine operations
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• A high attention to detail
