Job description
IC Resources is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join a global leader in computational software.
This role involves driving the forecasting and business planning process, implementing new techniques and processes to enhance Channel business analysis, and supporting global sales operations. Reporting to the Channel Sales Operations Director, the Sales Operations Analyst will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to improve channel partner productivity and program efficiencies.
Hybrid role in Berkshire.
Requirements:
- Conduct overall business and forecast reporting, analysis, and provide insights.
- Contribute to organisational programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing sales and channel program processes.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Business Unit leaders, and Marketing to deliver insightful channel performance analysis.
- Respond rapidly to critical business needs and leadership requests to ensure success.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Engage with Global Operations teams to effectively provide data needs and analysis results for channels.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain a dashboard with key metrics and analysis.
