London Borough of Central Bedfordshire are looking for a Team Manager within Children Services to join their MASH Team on a full-time locum contract.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience within MASH teams as a manager.

Responsibilities for you as a Team Manager:

• Supervision of staff
• Budgetery maintenance
• Driving performance of the team to meet KPI

Requirements of you as a Team Manager:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• A valid Social Work England registration
• Have experience or knowledge in MASH Social Work

Location: Central Bedfordshire

Umbrella pay rate: £43.00 p/h
