This role provides direct support to the Quality Assurance team, providing oversight of the Company’s EQMS (Electronic Quality Management System) and also supporting the team by administering current and creating new Microsoft Excel (to advanced level) spreadsheets to display data clearly and efficiently.
How you will contribute
- Administer the EQMS system to include setting up new users, upload or move new documents, set approval paths for documents and provide EQMS support across the organisation to GMP/GDP standards.
- Be one of the main contacts for the EQMS provider, able to communicate and if necessary confident to escalate any issues as necessary.
- Listen & interpret what the team needs and use Microsoft Office applications (Mainly Excel to advanced level) to produce spreadsheets or other methods to allow the team to analyse data efficiently. This would include using Pivot Tables, Charts, Trending, to present logical and well laid out spreadsheets with an eye on any deadlines.
- Compile well presented KPI data for presentation at department or company wide meetings as required. Data to consistently be provided in advance of each meeting.
- Collate, file and maintain all information associated with the provision of auditable data to internal and external auditors. Ensure paper or electronic records are archived according to relevant standards and company SOP’s.
- Collection and preparation of data to provide consolidated information to the QP department for each Product Licence (PL). Use of data from other departments; as well as within the department – which is all stored in EQMS.
- Administer the ENABLON system, including creating new records/entries as well as determining the progress or closure of certain records. Close work with the quality team.
What you will bring

- Advanced Level experience and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and good general knowledge of other Microsoft office products.
- Experience of administering an EQMS or similar system preferably for a quality function.
- Good level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience of compiling KPI information, developing new and efficient ways of displaying data to help continuous improvement.
- Experience of juggling multiple tasks whilst adhering to tight deadlines.
