Recruitment Assistant - Fixed Term Contract up to 6 months
£19,000-£24,000
Showforce work with the entertainment and leisure industries leading suppliers. We are looking for a recruitment assistant who would be supporting the Showforce recruitment team on a fixed term contract.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the initial stages of recruitment, uploading job ads, CV screening and preparing profiles to be sent out to high end clients.
- High Volume Requirement.
- Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment team to develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for different event roles.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment records are accurately updated.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the Recruitment team in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements
- . Minimum 6 months experience within recruitment
- · Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- · Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- · Proficient in using recruitment tools and systems.
- · Knowledge of the events or hospitality industry is a plus.
