Maxxima have recently partnered with a leading healthcare provider.We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Anaesthetic/Recovery Practitioner who can provide overall support for the clinical leadership for the service. This post is based in Brentwood, which is easily accessible via public transport.
About the role: As a Senior Anaesthetic/Recovery Practitioner, you will be working in a clinical and service development capacity to ensure the service to patients is planned, delivered, and evaluated in line with evidence-based practice. Working closely with the multi-disciplinary team to help create and maintain a robust service whilst seamlessly incorporating other centre services.

Your main responsibilities a Senior Anaesthetic/Recovery Practitioner: - Work with leading consultants and like-minded professionals who respect and value what you bring

- Supervise, support, and develop junior members of staff
- Create high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based
- Interact well with colleagues on the ward, understanding that continuity in patient care is key
What we are looking for in a Senior Anaesthetic/Recovery Practitioner: - NMC Pin or HCPC Registration
- Experience working in Theatres
- Anaesthetic Course
