Job description
Our client, an award-winning game studio, is looking for a UI Artist to work remotely. The full-time UI Artist role comes with a generous salary and benefits package.
As a UI Artist, you will be looking at a variety of games and supporting various teams within the business.
If you were already working there last week, here are some of the things you would be doing:
- Using your graphic design skills, creating and implementing new polished and inviting user interface visuals
- Supporting pre-existing UI styles and working closely with the Lead UI Artist and Art Director
- Collaborating with teams across more than one project.
To apply, you will need relevant game UI design experience via an online portfolio showing great graphic design, typography, and iconography ability. You will also require the following:
- Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator and Unity
- Experience of taking a game's user interface from concept through to final game ready artwork in Unity
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with teams across more than one project
- An understanding of UI/UX best practices.
