We are looking for a Support Worker with patience and creative thinking, to join our fantastic person-centred outreach support team in Whitchurch, Ellesmere and Wem. You will need a Full UK driving Licence. The service supports a number of adults, who may have Learning Disabilities, Acquired Brian Injury or Autism, who have behaviours that challenge. You will aid them to work towards their independence. This is promoting inclusivity within the community and other positive enriching environments. The role is to champion the adults to live their best possible life!
