Our client has recently been ranked one of the top 100 UK legal firms to work for and has grown to have multiple offices across the UK.
The growth of our client’s Lincolnshire office is high on the agenda and as a result an opportunity has become available for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor. All experience post qualified experience levels will be considered.
The Opportunity:
In this role, you will be immersed and valued quickly. Whilst managing your own caseload you will also be given scope to drive new business activity. Your ability to build trusting relationships with your clients and gain an appreciation of their challenges will offer you the grounds to creatively provide solutions.
This will be an outstanding opportunity to build and enhance experience within mergers and acquisitions, disposals, fundraising, private equity, equity capital markets, joint ventures amongst many other related matters.
