Job Title: Behaviour Mentor Location:
West Midlands, Staffordshire, Rugeley
Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours
£11.85 - £13 Per hour
SEMH Experience, Psychology Degree desirable
Good behaviour management
Available full time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 15:30pm)
Holds a DBS on the update service or willing to apply for one
SEMH school, small classes, 1:1 work/small group support
- Provide behaviour management support to students in a SEMH school setting
- Implement individual behaviour plans and strategies
- Work closely with students on a 1:1 basis or in small group settings
- Support the emotional well-being and social development of students
- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Experience working with students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs
- Psychology Degree desirable
- Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
- Flexible and adaptable approach to working with diverse student needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
