Job description

Our Milton Keynes based client is looking for a Sales Support Officer to join the business on a 12-month basis to support the sales processes towards internal and external stakeholders.

The successful Sales Support Officer will deal with varying tasks such as dealing with client enquires, processing client orders and supporting the administration of commercial enquires.

The Role:

- Support the different workstreams within sales.

- Help to improve the teams- operations, data, and information.

- Support end-to-end sales processes with required documentation.

- Deal with client enquires requests and orders.

- Contribute to trade events and exhibitions.

The Right Candidate:

- You will need at least 4 years- experience in a similar role.

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Good working knowledge of ERP system - ideally JD Edwards

- Highly organised with great attention to detail.

- You will have a strong willingness to learn and adapt to change.

This is a HYBRID role and offers 2 days working from home and 3 days in office.

Mon - Fri, 9:00 - 5:00.
