Procurement Manager
Location: Hybrid working model with a Central London office
In this role, you will be working as part of Pandora's British Isles (BRIS) cluster as the local Procurement partner for Pandora’s organization in the UK & Ireland, which is Pandora’s 2nd largest cluster.
You will support the local organisation to drive cost optimisations and efficiencies within the cluster. You will also be responsible for monitoring adherence to Pandora’s Procurement Policy with the objectives to ensure that Pandora gets the best commercial terms and right quality while reducing risks and making sure we deliver on Pandoras overall sustainability targets.
You will be the “bridge builder” between the local organisation in BRIS and the Global Indirect Procurement team in Copenhagen as well as the Procurement Managers in other clusters ensuring ONE Global Indirect Procurement team.
You will also be responsible for providing reporting and insight support to the Global “Value Excellence” team which is responsible for managing and reporting on global cost optimisations globally.

Pandora in UK operates a full retail business with more than 200 owned and operated PANDORA concept stores, so the spend categories and therefore your stakeholders span across several different areas working with supplier types such as:
- Retail services. Different kind of suppliers needed to run a retail store, e.g. retail facility management incl. maintenance, cash collection, security, health & safety, store supplies etc.
- Store construction. Pandoras retail network is in constant development and suppliers are used to build, refit and refresh our branded concept stores and shop in shops.
- Marketing. Pandora is taking the brand to the next level and various local suppliers in the marketing area is used for that including PR/events, influencers, creative services, in-store visual merchandising etc.
- Other supplier types. Different type of “indirect spend suppliers” related to both retail stores and UK head office related to categories such as Logistics, HR, Finance etc.
What to expect from the role
- Thorough solid stakeholder management skills; establish yourself as the main point of contact for Procurement matters in BRIS cluster by creating trust with your stakeholders and demonstrate the value add out of procurement
- Deliver savings and other value-add, by developing and executing a pipeline of “local procurement projects” in BRIS – supported by Global Indirect Procurement team in Copenhagen
- Support local implementation in BRIS of Global agreements or preferred suppliers in close collaboration with Global Indirect Procurement in Copenhagen – via ongoing dialogue with the central team in Copenhagen
- Close collaboration with BRIS Finance Director to make sure savings are documented and incorporated into budgets as well as ongoing dialogue with our local Legal counsel to protect Pandora in our agreements.
- Leveraging our Global procurement tools locally e.g. Sourcing framework, e-sourcing software, spend analysis tools, contract repository, pipeline tool etc.
- Improve compliance locally by supporting the UK business being compliant with One Supplier Onboarding process and other compliance related initiatives
- Ad-hoc procurement support guiding your stakeholders in the clusters on various procurement matters – from “small” to “big” questions
