What will I be doing?
As a Planner, you will be working on both Pre-Construction and live projects. To begin with, you'll spend most of your time on-site but as time goes on, you'll get more involved in tenders. You'll be working in a structured and autonomous environment. The first project you will be a part of is a £200m Hospital transformation projects in Shrewsbury.
You will initially be working within a team of 4 that will be growing to a team of 7. You will be reporting to a Regional Planner who joined the company 5 years ago as a Graduate Planner. He proved himself time and time again which resulted in 4 promotions completely unrequested. You won't have anyone directly reporting to you, however, you will be expected to mentor and support Planners, Trainee Planners, and Graduate Planners that join the team.
