Job description
Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting a Tier-1 UK Main Contractor on an exclusive basis with their search for an experienced estimator to work within their Construction London Division.
Reporting in to the Estimating Director, our client are ideally seeking an experienced estimator who can demonstrate a stable employment track record working for reputable UK-based Main Contractors.
The ideal candidate will have around five years of working on tenders within the education sector, and have a strong knowledge of tendering from withing public sector frameworks.
Although this role will be focused mostly on tendering London education/higher education projects, our client also deliver schemes within the commercial, leisure, student accomodation, residential and retail sectors for blue chip clients, projects are valued up to around £60m.

This role will be based from out client's head office in East/Central London and sit within a busy estimating team, where staff retention levels are very high, with most of our clients estimators having served five years + with the business.
