Job Title: Level 2 Teaching Assistant

Location: Rawtenstall

Are you passionate about supporting children's education and development? We are currently seeking a dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our team in Rawtenstall. The successful candidate must hold a relevant qualification, such as Level 2 Supporting Teaching and Learning, and possess valuable experience working within a classroom setting, specifically with a solid understanding of the national curriculum.

Key Requirements:

Qualification: Minimum of Level 2 Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.

Experience: Proven experience working in a classroom environment with a comprehensive understanding of the national curriculum.

Flexibility: Ability to work with preferred age groups or across various year levels as needed.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging educational activities.

Provide support to students with varying abilities.

Collaborate with teachers to implement effective learning strategies.

Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Work closely with students to monitor progress and provide additional support where necessary.

Foster positive relationships with both students and colleagues.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
