Overview

Due to expansion we have an opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join small yet hugely successful organisation and be a part of its growth! Salary: £25,000 to £30,000

The Role

• Promote company services to potential new clients
• Conducting extensive research to identify potential business
• Meeting clients to understand requirements and promote solutions
• Cold calling, chasing up warm leads and revisiting lapsed clients

The Person

• Confident over the phone and face to face
• Have a natural sales ability via cold calling, up selling and building long standing relationships
• 2/3+ years working in a sales role
• Understand the full sales cycle
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to manage own workloads, organised and excellent attention to detail
• Able to work and maintain a professional attitude at all times
