Job description

Our client is an international stock exchange providing a responsive and innovative listing facility for international companies to raise capital from investors based around the globe seeking to recruit a Private Markets Administrator, Markets & Products Department, Guernsey.

Overall purpose of the role:

The role will be responsible for supporting the operational processes and procedures for their Private Markets segment to ensure delivery of maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity to support the day to day running of and help the company to reach its growth initiative in Private Markets.

Duties and responsibilities include;

• Providing administrative support in ensuring the smooth day to day running of company’s Private Markets; supporting in the technical functionality of the Private Markets platform;
• Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures and the maintenance of these; and supporting the onboarding of new issuers and the on-going relationship.
• The key competencies for this role include the ability to analyse and improve operational process; having excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; and having the ability to demonstrate problem solving and time management skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in the finance industry and an understanding of markets (desirable but not essential).
