Food & Beverage Manager, Harrogate, 4 Star Hotel, £26,000

Town Centre, Independent Hotel Group

We are looking to recruit a career minded F & B manager into this stunning town centre 4 star hotel, for our independent clients who operate a number of quality hotels in the region, giving the freedom to express yourself and put your stamp on the position with the feel of an independent venue, but with the infrastructure and operating systems of a market leading hotel group

• The Ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate they have:
• Have experience in hotel service, banqueting, and reception, as this is a multi-functioning hands on position
• A friendly yet professional persona
• Be a strong team player, being able to enthuse those around you
• Be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through the front of house team
• Assisting in the staff management and training along with ordering and stock control.
• Have the ability to self-manage and the ability to adapt and improvise to changing situations.
