Site Cleaner
Alecto Recruitment is working on behalf of our client who are an established, successful and reputable construction and house builder.
Due to their continued growth, they are looking to hire a outdoor site cleaner.
The Role:
- Working across a private estate along with covering properties within the companies portfolio, you will play an integral role in keeping the sites clean, tidy and presentable.
- The role is mainly working outdoors and will involve Jet washing, window cleaning, cleaning of roofs, sills, leaf clearing and blowing
- There will be some site maintenance works to include painting or small level up-keep works
Requirements:
- We are seeking a hard working individual with a can-do attitude.
- We require strong experience / skills with outdoor cleaning / site cleaning skills.
- Experienced and not adverse to working outdoors as 95% of the position will be outdoor cleaning
- You will be professional and punctual
- Any window cleaning experience is an advantage
- Must be ok with working at heights
- You will need to be physically strong and fit
Salary:
- £28,000 - £30,000
- Bonuses
- 08:00 - 17:00
