Location: Northampton (On site)
Salary: £27,300- £29,900 + excellent benefits

Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for building employer partnerships?

Do you possess the skills and expertise to drive business development initiatives within the Education sector? If so this could be the perfect opportunity!

Overview:

Working for a leading FE College, you will proactively manage new and existing employer relationships to source work placements, industry placements & Apprenticeship vacancies for students.

A typical week:

-Generate new employer partnerships
-Manage & grow existing employer relationships
-Drive revenue by promoting college offerings
-Provide expert advice to employers

You'll need the following for this role:

-FE/Apprenticeships BD experience
-Proven record of achieving targets
-Excellent communication skills
-Full driving license & transport
