Assistant Building Control Surveyor
Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Payroll Technical Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our organization's payroll system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the payroll process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement payroll updates, resolve any issues or discrepancies, and provide technical guidance and support to other members of the payroll team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a strong understanding of payroll systems and processes, and possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the organization's payroll system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all payroll related processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement payroll updates, including tax changes, new benefits, and compensation changes
Resolve any payroll issues or discrepancies, and provide support and guidance to other members of the payroll team
Review and validate payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Generate payroll reports and provide analysis to management, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
Stay current with industry trends and changes in payroll regulations to ensure compliance
Develop and maintain payroll documentation, including processes, policies, and procedures
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll administration or related field
Strong understanding of payroll systems and processes, including timekeeping, tax withholding, and benefit deductions
Proficient in payroll software, such as [insert relevant software]
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of payroll processing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
