OVERVIEW:
• This leading regional law firm is looking for a Personal Injury Solicitor to play an active role in the development of the department.
• Applications are sought from Personal Injury Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years PQE, which specific experience in Catastrophic Injury.
• You will have a good understanding of the core legal process in serious/catastrophic injury claims, an understanding of The Rehabilitation Code, Serious Injury Guide and their application to major trauma cases.
• You will have ideally had experience within either a leading national or regional law firm and will be looking for a change in direction to join a firm who are committed to the development of your career.
• You will have handled a mixed caseload of personal injury matters and will have a strong network of contacts within the regional market who will instruct you on future matters.
• You will be keen to business develop and market in the local area.
