IT Support Technician - Onsite - Sutton - £32,000

Pearson Carter are currently working with an established Microsoft Partner located in Sutton who is looking to recruit an IT Support Technician in their Sutton office.

  Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage IT Helpdesk environment
• Oversee Helpdesk support to ensure professional delivery of technical support
• Supervise and monitor open tickets 
• Liaise with international stakeholders to build working relationships

Experience:

• At least three years’ experience in IT support environments
• Experience operating IT Helpdesk environments 
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience across M365 products
• Experience with Intune & SCCM

Salary

They are offering a competitive salary of up to £32,000 plus benefits.

Location

This role is fully onsite in Sutton and will travel to client sites as and when requested

Applicants require a full UK Drivers License and have access to a car.
