Job description
Our client is seeking a contentious probate solicitor with at least three years’ experience to join its highly regarded, full-service team in Chester, in a role that offers fantastic progression opportunities.
The firm is part of the region’s fabric, employing over 50 team members across its five sites across Cheshire and North Wales.
You will be able to work from home for two days per week.
As a contentious probate solicitor, you will sit within the firm’s largest team and play a key part in their drive to increase its focus on HNW work from the region. The firm already acts for several HNW individuals and families living and working in North Wales, so you’ll build experience in dealing with complex, high-value estates.
You will manage a varied caseload of wills, trusts, probate and inheritance disputes. You’ll have plenty of support to manage your cases, as the firm employs several trainees, legal assistants, paralegals and junior solicitors.
As there are relatively few senior solicitors in the team, you will have a clear progression route to the top and have the chance to build something of your own.
