We’re looking for Business Support Officer to join our Compliance Team at our Head Office in North Leigh, just outside of Witney, Oxfordshire.

We would love to speak to candidates who are keen to know more this role which is full time, and the salary range is from £26,000 to £28,000 per annum.
The team are responsible for ensuring that we have a balanced approach to risk, achieve our regulatory obligations and most importantly, seek continuous improvement to our customer journey.
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support as part of a team assisting in risk and compliance management by contributing to robust and effective compliance controls within the organisation by liaising and collaborating with other departments
- Ensuring that customer receive their desired outcomes by assessing customer communications including emails and phone calls and reviewing social media posts and customer insight platforms
- Reviewing advertisements
- Creating, editing, and updating spreadsheets, reports and other business documents, maintaining them in a confidential and an easily accessible format
- Contributing to our ongoing training programme

- A proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

- A working knowledge of the vehicle leasing industry or working in an FCA regulated industry would be an advantage but is not essential
