Job description
We have a state-of-the-art opportunity for a skilled Sales Managerto join our clients well equipt and growing team.
Our client is a leading insurance broker with specialist expertise within the specialist vehicle sector including the motorhome and caravan insurance market, offering a first-class customer experience.
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager to ensure the success of the sales team both maximising individual potential and developing high-performing sales teams. Reporting to the Managing Director the Sales Manager will be responsible for the Sales Team.

Responsibilities include:
Establishing and delivering team and individual sales targets in association, with Team Leaders, to ensure sales income performance is clear and maximised.
Utilise all facets of management information available to positively influence sales performance and reporting.
Prepare, measure and report against sales plan and key deliverables.
Resource the Sales team to ensure suitable capacity to manage all customer interactions.
Ensure a low-risk, compliant environment.
Ensure the team has a focus on customer value and place the customer at the heart of everything they do.
Contribute to budgetary discussions ensuring the growth of the business is a priority.
Celebrate and recognise key achievements.
Develop and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders to fulfill your role within Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations to enable an overall awareness of performance metrics affecting budgeted performance, including market trends and product enhancements.
The ideal candidate:
Should be able to demonstrate and use an in-depth understanding of the core principles of insurance.
Apply these principles daily and in all interactions with people, customers, and partners.
Ideally, DipCII qualified.
Lead in championing fantastic customer service setting examples and standards for others to aspire to.
Proven success in leading and developing others to maximise their performance.
Benefits:
A salary up to £70,000 pa plus a discretionary bonus and a generous benefits package.
