Seeking Passionate SEN Teaching Assistants

Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant, looking for an opportunity to positively impact young lives? Monarch Education are seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to support a local SEN School with their TA support needs. You will help create an inclusive and nurturing environment for students with additional needs, and create a fun and dynamic work space for all pupils.

Responsibilities:

to assist in the general welfare, personal, social and classroom care of pupils. Enthusiasm and commitment to join this hard working, skillful and dynamic team is essential. Staff will be required to work with a high degree of flexibility.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant with children with SEN is highly preferred or within a healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of various SEN conditions and a commitment to staying up to date with best practices.
• Compassion, patience, and the ability to build rapport with students and their families.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with school staff and external professionals.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of different students and learning environments.
