Job description

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is collaborating with a highly respected client and is actively in search of a skilled LCV Sales Executive with previous motor trade sales experience to become part of their expanding team.

Our client has been looking after and treating customers like one of the family and have done for over 110 years.

The ideal LCV Sales Executive will hold a full UK driver’s license!

Responsibilities & Requirements of an LCV Sales Executive:

Capture vehicle images to highlight their features and attract prospective purchasers.

Modify vehicle prices on the sales floor based on market analysis and dealership guidelines.

Collaborate with various departments, including the service team, to optimise vehicle readiness for delivery.

Showcase outstanding organisational abilities, effective time management, and meticulous attention to detail.

Display a customer-centric mindset, dedicated to providing outstanding customer interactions.

Demonstrate adeptness in both written and numerical skills.

The Package:

Basic salary of £20,000 + OTE £45,000 [Uncapped] + Company car + 25 days holiday!

Hours: Monday – Friday [8:00am – 6:00pm].

(1-in-2 or 3) rota Saturdays (dependent on staff numbers) [9:00am – 1:00pm].

No Sundays!!!
