Rhenus Home Delivery provides a 2-person home delivery service to customers around the UK. We offer quality, professionalism, reliability and excellent service when dealing with our customers.
We are currently looking to recruit a Marketing Executive based at our depot in Northwich. Role can be hybrid once induction and training is complete.
About the role
As a Marketing Specialist at Rhenus Home Delivery UK, you will play a vital role in shaping our marketing efforts to elevate our two-person home delivery service. Working closely with our sales team, you'll develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to expand and update website content.
- Develop and implement lead generation campaigns, including targeted advertising activities on digital platforms.
- Create engaging content across multiple channels
- Manage our company's presence on social media platforms to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the home delivery market.

Skills & requirements
The ideal candidate:
- A highly motivated graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
- Enthusiasm for taking ownership of marketing initiatives and driving measurable results.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies with a focus on inbound marketing techniques.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying abreast of industry trends.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and organised approach to managing tasks and deadlines.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) for creating visually appealing marketing materials would be highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress) for website management.

Job Type : Permanent, full time (40 hours per week)
Working pattern : Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5.30 PM
Salary range: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, DOE
