BRS Golf Ltd seeks to add a highly motivated individual, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to our team working across the UK, Ireland, France, Germany and Australia marketplaces with the key function of aligning, delivering and maintaining excellence in our sales operations.
Playing a key part in a growing sales and operations team, this role will partner with the leadership team, the salesforce team, and individual sales and account management specialists to deliver operational efficiencies, process and reporting data to improve performance and decision making.
Responsibilities:
To develop and maintain all sales processes, primarily but not restricted to Salesforce.
Partner with business leaders and to create reports and dashboards to provide excellence in reporting against company sales goals and objectives.
Analyse and customise sales data to provide timely and insightful views of business performance.
Work across multiple sales teams to improve efficiency in process and individual output.
Owner of first line support for all Salesforce questions from international team.
Work as part of the wider US sales operations team ensuring Salesforce knowledge is continually being updated and communicated effectively to teams.
Primary contact for international assisting in ticket management and prioritisation within sales ops team.
Plan and execute sales operations projects across territories.
Collaborate with internal teams: marketing, product, sales to support materials for distribution.
Own and manage the Salesforce Knowledge library.
Proactively audit Salesforce reports, dashboards, and queues to ensure sales systems are performing accurately.
Own and drive continuous improvement in sale process in the pursuit of excellence.
