Job description

UPS in Skelmersdale are recruiting for an Apprentice Administrator. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 3 Business Administration qualification which will take approximately 18 months to complete.

Duties will include:
• Providing office support so that staff can work smoothly with customers and each other.
• Maintaining organised files and records of business activity.
• Booking jobs in for operatives.
• Assisting the team in general admin tasks.

Requirements:
• Time management skills
• Highly motivated
• Able to work as part of a team
• Strong communication skills with customers on the phone
• Microsoft Experience

Grades:
GCSE grade 4-9 Maths and English

Hours:
Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm / 30 mins lunch / 40 hours per week
