Job description

Insurance Operations Technician Responsibilities Coordinate and liaise with the offshore teams regarding the processing of the risk and premium bordereaux being sent in by cover holders/brokers Work with underwriters and other parties to resolve data queries raised in trying to process the bordereaux through the business Create Excel reports (risk bordereaux and payables/premium bordereaux) to send on to our business carriers Support the implementation of process improvements. Experience and Skills Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPS and pivot tables);

• Adaptable
• Build good business and partnership relationships
• Logical approach and capable of understanding data validations/data behaviour
• Ability to take ownership of processes and issues end to end from investigation to resolution
