Reflex Systems (part of the Reflex Group) has an opportunity for a technically aware telephone support - admin person who is interested in understanding and solving customers queries and questions on our range of products, label printers, label software & labelling machinery,
The role would suit someone with an enquiring mind who enjoys interacting with customers and suppliers and help our customers solve their problems.
Based at our office in Swineshead Lincolnshire.
Overview
Following training you will be one of the main points of customer contact for both internal and external customers providing technical support and advice, pricing and creating technical proposals.

Hours
37.5 Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
