Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Damp and Mould Supervisor to oversee and manage the organisations damp & mould painters & multi trade teams from first report through to final fix.
About the Role You will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring the performance of trade specific directly employed operatives and specialist sub-contractors including all applicable government legislation and H&S items. Conforming to the organisations policies, procedure, regulatory codes, appropriate legislation and key performance indicators.
About You: - IOSHH qualified.
- Technical knowledge & extensive practical experience gained within the Damp and Mould industry.
- Knowledge of the Health and Safety requirements relating to the building industry.
- Damp and Mould Route cause analysis experience.
- Experience of being a supervisor or equivalent within the construction or social housing sector.
- Experience of writing Damp and Mould specifications and using a schedule of rates for maintenance and/or minor works.
- IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
- Demonstrable project management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills ability to communicate effectively to a range of key stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in diagnosing defects in domestic buildings.
- Good commercial awareness with understanding financial processes (including working to budgets, cost effectiveness)
Salary : £42,000 per annum.

Working Arrangements Location: Head office, Dagenham, London/Essex. This is an office-based role with hybrid working options available.
