The role: Behaviour Mentor
You will be working as a behaviour mentor in a mainstream primary school in a year 5 class. For this role you must have at least one years experience working in schools, Experience working with SEN students (ASD, PMLD, ADHD), Level 2 or 3 Teaching assistant course and trained in Makaton, PECS and Team Teach. Behaviour mentors role and responsibilities will be working on a 1:1 basis or small groups with a child with Autism. You will help support their social, emotional and physical needs.
