Job description

Financial Analyst ( Housing)

You will be responsible for managing the 30-year business plan.

You will work with different areas of the business to include budgets and spend to deliver our corporate plan as well as ensure the Group operates within our financial capacity by remaining in compliance with our treasury standards, lender covenants and rating agency metrics.

You will also be responsible for assisting the (housing) Development team and Strategic Asset Management team to review investment appraisals
